With the new publisher / tx.fhir.org -- I am getting "Error" during the build, in a ugly yellow. These do not throw QA.html errors. Generating combined package (00:00.908 / 07:41.210, 1Gb) Error from https://tx.fhir.org/r4: Error: A definition for CodeSystem 'urn:ietf:bcp:47' version '2.0.1' could not be found, so the value set cannot be expanded. Valid versions: null Error from https://tx.fhir.org/r4: Error: A definition for CodeSystem 'http://www.nubc.org/patient-discharge' could not be found, so the value set cannot be expanded Error from https://tx.fhir.org/r4: Error: A definition for CodeSystem 'http://www.ama-assn.org/go/cpt' version '3.0.1' could not be found, so the value set cannot be expanded. Grahame Grieve Mar 18, 2026, 06:14 PM

I take it back that this has nothing to do with terminology. I didn't read the whole error message. my comments: Error from https://tx.fhir.org/r4 : Error: A definition for CodeSystem 'urn:ietf:bcp:47' version '2.0.1' could not be found, so the value set cannot be expanded. Valid versions: null 2.0.1 is not a valid version Error from https://tx.fhir.org/r4 : Error: A definition for CodeSystem ' http://www.nubc.org/patient-discharge ' could not be found, so the value set cannot be expanded I don't know where there's a valid definition for this Error from https://tx.fhir.org/r4 : Error: A definition for CodeSystem ' http://www.ama-assn.org/go/cpt ' version '3.0.1' could not be found, so the value set cannot be expanded. Valid versions: 2023 3.0.1 is not a valid version. I'm going to assume that all this is out of vsac

I am not sure where I am getting it from. could be vsac, but might be us-core 6.1.
